Dr. Joseph LoVerdi

Dr. Joseph T. LoVerdi was born in Baltimore, Maryland and grew up in Fairport, New York. He is the son of Mary and Dr. Anthony LoVerdi. He graduated from his father’s alma mater McQuaid Jesuit High School in 1985. He then graduated from Villanova University with a BS in biology in 1989.

Dr. LoVerdi has taken well over 2500 hours of continuing education since graduating from dental school. He has completed the curriculum from the world renowned Pankey Institute, The Piper Center for Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction, The Dawson curriculum, Brodine Prosthodontic seminars, and course work at John Kois Center for Creating Restorative Excellence. He is the current founder and President and lecturer of the Rochester Pankey Study Club and The Richard T. Rohrer study club.  Dr. LoVerdi is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Seventh District Dental Society of New York, the International Gnathologic Society American Chapter, and has been invited to his 10th session of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry as a guest.

In addition to his busy schedule at the office, in his spare time, Dr. Loverdi is unconditionally committed to providing himself with continuing education. He has taken numerous hours of courses in the diagnosis and treatment of adult and child orthodontics, conditions of the jaw and cosmetic procedures such as bleaching, veneers, porcelain crowns and much more. Dr. Loverdi is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. His utmost concern is that you, his patients and his friends, are allowed the latest and greatest dentistry available to enchance your oral health and to give you the smile you’ve always wanted.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and his daughters, Helena and Margaux. Dr. LoVerdi is also an avid golfer.
